This soymilk maker is easy to use. The residue, however, is sticky and difficult to remove. I purchased this based on a review stating that the soymilk is much better tasting than the mass produced version. Not true in my experience; maybe additiives go into the commercial product. It is much cheaper to make soymilk this way and also it is fresher.
