***POSITIVE THOUGHTS:
This pillow does stay cooler than the traditional pillow. Its not a significant difference, like I was hoping, but there is enough difference where I would miss my pillow if it wasn't there. I say this because for the first time since I purchased this ( 2-3 months ago), I accidentally switched this and my normal pillow while I was falling asleep. I noticed this within a few seconds, and I thought to myself "oh well, I'm too tired to switch them back". Well.... within a few minutes, I had to switch them. I really didn't notice a big difference on my first night using this pillow, but after a few months of use, I really noticed a big difference within a few minutes without this under my head.
What's also great about this pillow, is the firmness. I love soft pillows, don't get me wrong; but after that accident pillow switch, I really appreciated the overall feel to it. With the normal pillow, my head sank all the way down. It just felt weird, and I wondered to myself how I was able to sleep on those kind of pillows my entire life. This Iso Cool pillow sinks just a little, with the perfect firmness. I'm glad this accident happened because it made me realize what a great purchase this was.
***NEGATIVE THOUGHTS:
The only negative thought is just the coolness factor. I rated this 4 stars because of this. Don't get me wrong, it does stay cooler, which is the main reason I purchased this pillow, but not as cool as stated. I know I shouldn't of been expecting an ice box, especially since this isn't too expensive, but they still shouldn't advertise this the way they do.
Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase. It took me a few months to come to this understanding. At first, I thought maybe it was not worth the money. It was more comfortable at first, and still had justification of buying it, but only time told the true story.
***I would definitely recommend this to anyone who hates a hot pillow and wants some firmness. Trust me, the firmness is the perfect amount and you'll be glad you bought it***
